Celebrating a Milestone: Reflecting on a Vibrant 2025 Year-End Gala
January 29th, 2026, was a night of celebration, recognition, and vibrant camaraderie as the entire team of Xiamen Hoda Co., Ltd. gathered at the elegant Wei Gang Banquet Hall in Yintai Department Store for our annual Year-End Gala & Wei-Ya Dinner.
This special evening was dedicated to reflecting on a year of steady growth and shared success, all made possible under the visionary leadership of our esteemed founder and president, Mr. David Cai. With an unwavering dedication spanning 35 years in the umbrella industry, Mr. Cai's guidance continues to steer XIAMEN HODA UMBRELLA toward a path of consistent performance improvement and, importantly, ever-enhancing employee welfare.
The festivities commenced with a heartfelt address from President Cai. In his speech, he expressed profound gratitude to every member of the Hoda family—our dedicated employees, our reliable suppliers and manufacturing partners, and our valued clients worldwide. He emphasized that our achievements are a collective triumph built on mutual trust and hard work.
Following the opening remarks, the highlight of the awards ceremony unfolded. We proudly honored our Outstanding Employees of the Year and recognized our top-performing sales personnel and teams for their exceptional contributions. Their dedication is the driving force behind our market presence.
But the night was more than just awards! It spectacularly showcased the incredible talent and team spirit within Hoda. The energy skyrocketed when a group of our sales colleagues took to the stage for a dynamic dance performance. Their rhythmic moves and infectious energy had everyone cheering. Another memorable moment was a short, impactful play co-produced by our Sales and Production Departments. It humorously yet poignantly depicted the familiar challenges and ultimate triumphs of securing and fulfilling orders, resonating deeply with everyone present.
To keep the excitement soaring, we enjoyed two interactive team games that saw enthusiastic participation from tables across the hall, filling the room with laughter and friendly competition.
